Welcome to JAMS and JAMS Access, our secure online case management website used to streamline the filing and service of documents and facilitate communication within your cases (the “Services”) located at Access.JAMSADR.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Notice explains how our organization uses the personal data we collect from you when you use JAMS Access; your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) and the UK & EEA General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”); and includes the JAMS Access Cookie Notice at the end.

We will keep your information until you close your JAMS Access account, which must be done by contacting us directly using the methods below or by reaching out to your JAMS Associate.
All confidential case documents will be deleted 90 days after the case is closed.

We take appropriate technological and organizational measures to help protect your personal information from loss, theft, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. JAMS complies with applicable data protection, privacy, and security breach notification laws, including adhering to CCPA, GDPR, and HIPAA best practices.
However, no server, computer or communications network or system, or data transmission over the Internet, can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us or through the use of the Site or any of the Services.
